looks like a Howard stationary or rotary hoe engine. bloke in New Zealand built one into a chopper with a BSA gearbox in the 80's. An SA guy is has almost completed his Howard in a rigid harley frame.
yeah thats them man a dude here has put one in a bsa frame, pretty cool alot of work and def something different
